A coalition of student groups will hold a public forum on Palestine at the University of Texas at Dallas this Sunday. The groups sponsoring the forum include Fresh Perspectives at the University of Texas at Dallas; Students for Justice in Palestine at the University of Texas at Dallas; Students for a Democratic Society at the University of Texas in Arlington; and the Dallas Left Alliance.

The forum will center on a panel discussion with a panel including Kamal Khalil, the President of the Palestinian American Council and coordinator of the Houston Coalition for Justice and Peace in Palestine. The panel will also include Noor Dalaq, a woman who for ten years was the only licensed paramedic in Palestine. Other panelists will include a local leading student activist, a Marxist academic and a local civil rights attorney.

The event is titled "The Future of Palestine". It will take place Sunday, October 26, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in Galaxy Room A at the University of Texas at Dallas. It is free and open to the public.
