EMERGENCY RESPONSE NETWORK If the subpoenas or phone calls to activists come in BEFORE noon, the rally will be at 4:30pm that day at Dirksen Federal Building in Chicago (230 S Dearborn, on Jackson corner). If this occurs AFTER noon, then the response will be 4:30pm the next day at Dirksen Federal Building in Chicago.
