It has been almost two years since the September 24th, 2010, FBI raids on the homes and offices of the activists in Chicago, Minnesota and Michigan. Twenty-three activists were raided and were served subpoenas to appear before grand jury. They all refused to go before the grand jury. Two years later, none of the activists have been indicted and they are all still under investigation for their activism, for their solidarity work with Palestinians, Colombians and their work in the antiwar movement in the United States.
